Moving account across the server is a smooth process. We copy all your account data and settings to the new server and update the dns for your domains to the new server IP in our name servers. The time it takes to copy data depends on the size of data. If your account data is 1GB, it can take anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours. Your current account will remain up and running so that there is no downtime. Once the dns propagation is complete, which usually takes a day, and you are satisfied that the account is working fine on the new server, we will terminate the old account after a couple of days. CPpanel full backup can only be restored by a server admin, and only after terminating the original account. So if you are on a shared server, you can go through support. 1. Upload full backup via ftp or place it somewhere accessible over web/ftp 2. Open a support ticket with details of backup location. Support will terminate your original account (if it already exists) and restore the account using full backup. Your account including all data and settings (e.g. email, mysql db, subdomains, addon domains, filters, spam assassin settings, etc) will be restored to the state when the backup was taken. You are provided with monthly web site statistics which you can retrieve from your control panel. To retrieve your web site statistics, simply login to your web site control panel and click on “Web/FTP stats”. Access to raw logs is also provided. To access your web control panel directly: 1. Enter the address of your CPanel in your web browser. As a reseller you can control the features you want to display on your client’s cPanel. This is done via Feature Manager in WHM. To remove Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Tools from the cPanel, please login to WHM and click Feature Manager. Then “Add a New Feature List” say e.g. NoSEO On the next screen you can select the tools/features you want your clients to see. To remove the SEO Tools please deselect the following 6 items Broken Links Report, Get In Google, Google Score Card, Link Building, Targeted Traffic, Top Local And save the feature list. After creating this feature list you can Edit your Packages and assign them this new feature list.
